1. Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (such as scrapes, sprains, and bruises) and more serious risks (such as fractures or other injuries). I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may result from my child's participation, except where such loss, damage, or injury is the result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by AI Explorers LLC or its employees.

2. Release and Waiver:
I hereby fully and forever release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless AI Explorers LLC, its owners, directors, instructors, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or costs (including attorney’s fees) resulting from or arising out of my child's participation in camp activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize AI Explorers LLC staff to secure any necessary medical treatment for my child, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, and emergency transportation. I agree to bear all costs associated with any necessary medical care.

4. Behavior and Dismissal Policy:
I acknowledge that respectful and appropriate behavior is expected from all participants. I understand that AI Explorers LLC reserves the right to dismiss any child from the program for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others. I understand that no refunds will be issued if my child is dismissed due to behavioral reasons.

5. Payment and Refunds:
I agree to the camp’s payment and refund policies, which state that cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the camp start date are eligible for a full refund, cancellations made 14–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the start date are non-refundable.

6. Media Release:
I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of my child participating in camp activities to be used by AI Explorers LLC for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. I understand that if I do not consent, I must notify AI Explorers LLC in writing prior to the camp start date.

7. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Explorers LLC against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my child's actions during participation in camp activities.
