At AI Explorers LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all summer camp registrations:

1. Full Refund:
Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the camp start date will receive a 100% refund of the full camp fee paid.

2. No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the camp start date, or after the camp has begun, are not eligible for a refund. This includes absences due to illness, personal reasons, voluntary withdrawal, or dismissal from the program for behavioral reasons.

3. Single Payment Policy:
Registration fees are paid in full at the time of registration. No separate deposits are collected.

4. Camp Cancellations by AI Explorers LLC:
In the unlikely event that AI Explorers LLC must cancel a camp session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as low enrollment, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures), families will receive a full refund for any fees paid toward that session.
